Redeeming Your Prizes

1. •Winners will be notified by phone when prizes are ready for collection.
   

2. •All prizes must be collected in person between Mondays to Friday – 9am – 1pm and 2pm – 6pm at Star RFM’s office, please visit our "Contact Us" page for location map, full address and contact numbers.
   

3. •Prizes must be collected within one (1) month from the date of notification.
   

4. •Winners will be required to produce their IC for verification purpose when collecting prizes.
